We offer standard delivery (3–5 business days, FREE above $49.99), express delivery (1–2 business days, $12.99), and same-day delivery for orders before 2PM in select cities ($14.99). All orders are dispatched in discreet, unlabeled packaging.
Can I return or exchange a product?+
Yes! We accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Due to health and safety regulations, opened disposable vapes cannot be returned unless defective. For device-related issues, we offer a 15-day replacement warranty.
How do I track my order?+
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order in real-time from the "My Orders" section of your account dashboard.
Is vaping legal in Canada?+
Vaping is legal in Canada and regulated under the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA). Provinces may have additional regulations on sales and usage. We only sell to verified adults aged 19+ (18+ in Alberta and Quebec). We recommend checking your provincial regulations.
How do I choose the right nicotine strength?+
For heavy smokers (1+ pack/day), we recommend starting with 5% (50mg) salt nic. For moderate smokers, 3% (30mg) works well. Light smokers or those reducing nicotine should try 2% or 0%. Our support team can also help guide your choice.
